Method of Payment
Cherry Box USA accepts the following credit cards through PayPal: Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AMEX or Customer may opt to use PayPal account.  All California orders will be subject to a 7.5% tax.

Canceling an Order

Shipping and Delivery

Cherry Box USA liability, in regard to the Product, shall cease upon shipment of the Product. Any loss or damage incurred to the Product in transit is the responsibility of the shipper/carrier and it shall be the responsibility of the Customer to make written note of any visual damage before signing and taking delivery and, furthermore, to notify the shipper/carrier immediately upon discovery of concealed damage. All Cherry Box USA shipment rates are calculated through UPS interface and based on weight and size of shipment. All online orders are shipped UPS. Cherry Box USA does not ship to P.O. boxes. Deliveries are only available on business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays determined by shipper/ carrier. Shipping times may vary depending on shipping location, quantity and manufacturer availability.

Return Policy

Within 5 days of receiving order, Customer may return or exchange unused product in new condition, with its original packaging for a refund of the product's purchase price. Refund on returned items will be issued in the same form as tendered at the time of purchase. All orders being returned must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number issued by Cherry Box USA. Number and copy of the packing slip must be included with return shipment. Customer is responsible for the return shipping expense. All Customer returns must ship USPS to P.O. Box #4272 Thousand Oaks, CA. 91359. We recommend, for Customer protection, shipping Insured Parcel Post for return shipment. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Warranty

Cherry Box USA makes every effort to insure our Products meets high quality and durable standards. Cherry Box USA warrants, to the original purchaser, that the Product is free from defects in the material and workmanship for period of one year from date of purchase. All orders being returned for warranty evaluation must have a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number issued by Cherry Box USA. Number and written notice of alleged defect must be included with return shipment to be eligible for evaluation. Within 30 days of receipt said written notification, Cherry Box USA shall evaluate and inspect Product to determine, in Cherry Box USA’s sole discretion, if a replacement is deemed necessary. Customer is responsible for the return shipment expense. If a replacement is deemed necessary Cherry Box USA will refund return shipment expense in the same form as tendered at the time of purchase. This warranty does not cover transportation cost when Product claim is denied and specifically excludes any Product subject to misuse or accidental damage. All customer returns must ship USPS to P.O. Box #4272 Thousand Oaks, CA. 91359. We recommend, for customer protection, shipping Insured Parcel Post for return shipment.

Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Cherry Box USA, officers, directors, employees or agents be responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, special, incidental consequential damages, however, it arises, whether in an action of negligence or some other action, or arising out of the use of the Product.
